What You'll DoAs an HVAC Installer, you'll install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

Install complete HVAC systems including:

Split Systems Furnaces Air  Handlers Condensers Heat  Pumps Mini-Splits Thermostats Indoor  Air Quality Products Smart Home Devices Ductwork Remove  and replace existing HVAC equipment safely and professionally.

Perform start-up, testing, balancing, and quality assurance checks.

Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Educate customers on the operation of their new equipment.

Recommend maintenance plans and IAQ solutions when appropriate.

Complete installation documentation using our company technology.

Represent Aire Serv professionally on every job.

Minimum Qualifications Residential HVAC installation experience preferredEPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift at least 60 pounds

Strong mechanical aptitude

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements
