HVAC Maintenance Technician

We pride ourselves on maintaining top-tier facilities and amenities – and that includes ensuring all heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are operating efficiently and reliably. We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team and help keep our guest spaces comfortable year-round.
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining all resort HVAC systems, including guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities. This role is critical to ensuring guest satisfaction through timely response and expert-level service.
Job Duties
- Install, inspect and maintain HVAC systems across the resort property.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize guest disruption.
- Maintain equipment logs and repair records.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and resort standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (resort, hospitality or commercial property experience preferred).
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- HVAC certification or trade school training a plus.
