We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team and help keep our guest spaces comfortable year-round.

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team and help keep our guest spaces comfortable year-round.
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining all resort HVAC systems, including guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities. This role is critical to ensuring guest satisfaction through timely response and expert-level service.

Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect and maintain HVAC systems across the resort property.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize guest disruption.
  • Maintain equipment logs and repair records.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and resort standards.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience (resort, hospitality or commercial property experience preferred).
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • HVAC certification or trade school training a plus.
