Keep our City moving—one street at a time! As a City Streets Maintenance Worker, you'll tackle a variety of hands‑on tasks to keep our roads, right‑a‑ways, and equipment in top shape. No two days are the same, and your work makes a real impact on the community.
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY- One (1) year of experience in performing semi‑skilled building or mechanical, construction, or grounds maintenance tasks.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid Driver's license and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
- Be willing to work snow routes that include 12‑hour shifts during the months of November through March.
- Be able to pass a background investigation, drug and alcohol screenings, and a physical agility screening.
- A passing grade on the written portion of the Class A or B CDL exam is required before employment.
- Pass the driving portion of the Class A or B CDL exam with tanker endorsement within 12 months of being hired into position.
- Concrete finishing experience.
- A current Class A or B CDL license.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Keeping Our Streets Safe – Assist with road, sidewalk, and facility maintenance, including snow removal and repairs.
- Maintaining & Repairing Equipment – Make minor adjustments, replace worn parts, and keep tools in top shape.
- Tracking Work Completed – Maintain records, complete forms, and submit reports as needed.
- Caring for City Greenery – Prune, fertilize, and treat trees and shrubs while safely removing damaged branches.
- Operating Heavy Equipment – Drive dump trucks, snowplows, and bucket trucks to complete essential tasks.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $20.26 per hour and will increase to $21.07 per hour after 6 months of successful probation

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Some after hours will be required.
WORK LOCATION: In and around the City of Branson, Missouri;
This position requires work to be performed onsite.
