Job Overview

CDL-A Truck Driver – Home Weekly on Dedicated Account, Full Time
Earn $1,900–$2,200 per week with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and full benefits after 30 days (Medical, 401K, PTO, etc).

• Competitive Pay:
  Starting at $.70–$.80 CPM with pay raises every 6 months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, with average weekly pay of $1,900 and top drivers earning over $2,200 per week.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000, with $500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days, and $1,000 after 60 days.
• Home Time:
  Be home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time.
• Annual Pay:
  Average between $98,800–$108,000 per year, with top earners making $108,000 annually.
• Touch Freight Made Easy: 100% touch freight where drivers place lightweight boxes (1–18 lbs) on a conveyor belt. No inventory, stocking, or entering the store required.
• Modern Equipment:
  Drive Freightliner and International trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and APUs.
• Paid Training:
  Enjoy 5 days of paid training at $150 per day.

• Rider & Pet Policy:
  Bring your rider and pet after completing training.

• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and 3 in the last 36 months.
• No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
• Maximum of 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last 2 years, with only 1 in the last 12 months.
• No terminations from your previous job for safety reasons.
• No history of failing or refusing a DOT drug test.
