CDL A Truck Driver Home Weekends Rider & Pet Welcome Full Benefts (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with at least 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, OTR), not yard jockey, trainer or school time, earn $1900-$2200 per week getting home every week. Drivers earn $1900 per week and receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus with full benefits starting after 30 days. Benefits include medical, 401K, PTO and more.

• Pay: $0.70-$0.80 CPM with raises every 6 months; $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload; average weekly pay $1900, top drivers over $2200; sign-on bonus structure $2000 ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days).
• Home Time:
  Home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time.
• Touch Freight: 100% touch freight placing lightweight boxes (1-18 lbs) on conveyor; no inventory, stocking, or store entry needed.
• Equipment:
  Drive Freightliner and International trucks with automatic transmissions and APUs.
• Training: 5 days of paid training at $150 per day.
• Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401K available after 30 days.
• Rider & Pet Policy:
  Bring rider and pet after completing training.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years (injury, jackknife, rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
