Our Entry-Level Recruiter / Administrative Assistant is responsible for:

This onsite role in Brantford, Ontario, Canada blends administrative support with early‑career recruitment responsibilities. You will support daily operations, assist with full‑cycle recruiting tasks, and help ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Your core tasks include:

  • Post job openings on job boards and company sites
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews
  • Support sourcing efforts using Linked In, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Maintain ATS accuracy and update candidate records
  • Prepare offer letters, run reference checks, and support onboarding
  • Manage in-office hiring process and candidate testing
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special hiring initiatives
  • Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative, office, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable using Microsoft tools and ATS systems (training provided)
  • Professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Base pay range for this position is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
