The Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation seeks a motivated Project Administrator to assist with housing and infrastructure projects. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to manage correspondence, prepare reports, and support project logistics. Organizational skills and a strong adherence to confidentiality are crucial for this administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Housing team with project coordination
• Handle correspondence and follow up with stakeholders
• Organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation
• Maintain project records and technical service reports
• Ensure invoice accuracy and manage submissions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; related diploma preferred
• Knowledge of CMHC programs is considered a plus
• Experience in community-based or nonprofit settings
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Capable of managing multiple tasks independently
