We are searching for a university graduate with a solid foundation in finance and operations to assist our accounting team. In collaboration with the CFO, you will engage in various transactional finance tasks, oversee data projects, and optimize reporting functions. A proactive and detail-oriented individual will thrive in this environment, using AI and modern tools to refine our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the finance team with invoicing and bookkeeping
• Maintain organized documents for audits and finance reviews
• Create and enhance reporting tools in Excel
• Conduct audits and improve accuracy in job costing
• Automate manual processes using Excel capabilities
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
• Expertise in advanced Excel functionalities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Uphold confidentiality standards in financial matters
• Proactive and willing to adopt new responsibilities
