Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend financial solutions
• Build relationships through proactive customer engagement
• Provide advice on digital and self-serve banking options
• Support transactions and address customer inquiries
• Analyze and comply with lending policies and compliance
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant banking experience
• Degree in finance or related field preferred
• Lending and investment product knowledge
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt in a team-based environment
