Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in Brantford and the Niagara Region
.
This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.
What You’ll Do
- Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
- Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
- Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
- Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
- Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed
- Pre-construction or new home sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and client service skills
- Organized, driven, and able to work independently
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Access to active and upcoming new home communities
- Partnership with a reputable builder with a proven track record
- Full pre-construction training and onboarding
- In-house marketing tools and CRM support
