About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development to join our Mumbai and Delhi team. The ideal candidate will support the sales and project teams in lead generation, client coordination, and business development activities for plant relocation, industrial installation, and engineering services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of B2B industrial markets, and the ability to follow up on leads and convert them into qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic and email-based outreach to industrial clients, project managers, and procurement heads.
  • Generate and qualify leads for plant relocation, installation & commissioning, maintenance, Green field and Brown field projects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and interaction details.
  • Coordinate with senior business and project teams for proposal submission, follow-ups, and client meetings.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as client list research, database creation, and event coordination.
  • Prepare weekly reports on lead progress, conversion ratios, and client responses.
  • Assist in drafting introductory emails, company profiles, and presentation content for new clients.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Business Administration preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, or business development (B2B or industrial sector preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Sales force, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to understand basic technical and engineering concepts to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong follow-up skills, persistence, and target orientation.
