• Answer inbound calls from potential customers
• Qualify leads and gather project information
• Schedule appointments for field sales team
• Follow up on web form submissions and emails
• Enter lead information into CRM system
• Provide pricing estimates for common services
• Handle basic customer inquiries and questions
• Meet daily/weekly appointment booking targets

• Excellent phone and communication skills
• 3+ years customer service or sales experience minimum
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, scheduling)
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow up
• High school diploma minimum
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
