Today, we are looking to welcome a Service Technician to strengthen our presence in Ontario and provide our customers with reliable, professional, and personable support.

You’ll become a reference in the field: you’ll be the go-to expert for installing and repairing maple sugaring equipment in your region.
Your responsibilities :
Install, repair, and maintain maple sugaring equipment at customer sites and provide after-sales service.
Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and carry out necessary repairs.
Verify the proper functioning of newly installed or repaired equipment.
Perform modifications and adjustments on existing installations.
Find effective solutions to challenges encountered in the field.
Deliver fast, professional, and courteous customer service.
Participate in on-call rotations outside regular working hours when required.
Provide technical advice to ensure optimal use of equipment.
Complete various reports: repair sheets, billing information, inventory tracking, etc.
Perform any other related tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.
Profile sought :
Valid driver’s license (required).
Technical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity.
Experience or knowledge in maple sugaring: a strong asset.
Bilingual in English and French: an asset.
Strong customer service skills, autonomy, problem-solving ability, and resourcefulness.
Comfortable with physical work and frequent travel.
