Royal York Property Management is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to diagnose, maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment across residential properties in Ontario. You will travel to occupied homes, work independently via a mobile app, document findings, and complete assigned work safely and professionally.
The role requires minimum 3 years of paid HVAC experience, valid licences, your own vehicle and tools, and a smartphone with GPS.
