Industrial Electrician (442A / 309A) – Food Manufacturing

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician (442A or 309A license is a MUST) to join a growing food manufacturing facility in Brantford, ON. Compensation & Benefits
$42–$47/hour based on experience 3% RRSP employer match Health & dental benefits from day one $750 annual health spending account 3 weeks paid vacation Stable long-term opportunity Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and code requirements Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, servo drives, and automated equipment Perform electrical maintenance on conveyors, packaging equipment, motors, and production machinery Complete preventative and corrective maintenance work orders Perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime Maintain ESA logbook and electrical documentation Follow LOTO, arc flash, food safety, and plant safety procedures Requirements Valid Ontario Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction & Maintenance Electrician (309A) license Completed electrical apprenticeship 3–5+ years industrial/manufacturing electrical maintenance experience Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, sensors, and control systems Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred Food manufacturing experience is an asset Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment #OPSK
