Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors daily

• Execute cleanup tasks using shovels or small equipment

• Support maintenance inspections following guidelines

• Operate crushing and screening plant as instructed

• Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions immediately

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in construction or heavy machinery

• Minimum Ontario high school diploma or equivalent

• Dependable attendance and reliability at work

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime

• Physical capability to navigate the work site
