As a key player at Emcon Services Inc., the Working Road Foreman will report to the Road Superintendent and handle a range of highway maintenance operations. This position involves supervising teams, conducting traffic management, and overseeing the upkeep of roads and infrastructure. Candidates should be familiar with relevant regulations and have strong leadership abilities to guide their teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute highway maintenance operations and activities
• Supervise and mentor staff across patrol yards
• Handle traffic control and emergency response actions
• Troubleshoot both operational and mechanical challenges
• Manage additional assigned duties adeptly
Requirements:
• DZ license in good standing mandatory
• Experience in highway maintenance field necessary
• Leadership skills with knowledge of regulations
• Availability for shift work and travel required
• Physical endurance for maintenance tasks
