Starting Date: Aug 17, 2026
Job DescriptionFull‑time (7.5 hours/day) during the school year plus 10 days off.
Responsibilities & Performance Expectations- Work with the WRCC team to accurately maintain student data.
- Assist in building the master schedule in Power School.
- Fulfill state data reporting requirements.
- Gather and interpret student and program data with the team.
- Help organize delivery and data collection for Work Keys and other assessments.
- Accurately record and report industry‑recognized credentials awarded to students.
- Assist with the WRCC admissions process and manage admissions data.
- Manage student registration and enrollment.
- Assist teachers with tracking student placements after graduation.
- Track and manage Adult Education and Dual Enrollment data with respective coordinators.
- Provide clerical, administrative, billing, and scheduling support to Adult Education director, assistant director, and co‑op coordinator as needed.
- Act as first contact for visitors and callers.
- Open the entrance to the Trade and Industrial Center/Professional Trades Center when students and visitors arrive; arrange coverage for front desk when not present.
- Serve as liaison between community, school, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle visitor and caller inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols for students and staff.
- Maintain student attendance records and attendance data.
- Assist with documentation and information sharing through Power School.
- Willingness to be trained for other positions as needed.
- Willingness to take on projects as they arise.
- Monitor cameras for safety.
- Track attendance letters.
- Enter and track field‑trip information.
- Knowledge of Power School, Google Platform, and Microsoft Platform.
- Willingness to learn Finalsite Admissions Platform.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn Power School scheduling and master schedule building.
- Ability to compile and interpret data.
- Outstanding problem‑solving skills and willingness to ask questions.
- Knowledge of Career and Technical Education, public secondary education, and Flexible Pathways.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently; willingness to take on new tasks.
- High‑level organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- High school or trade school diploma preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
Typical duties require some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling with fine‑motor dexterity. Job requires ~70% sitting, 15% walking, and 15% standing. Safe working environment.
