Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!
This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. However, the role requires the candidate to serve clients in Vermont and the surrounding communities, and we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings.
What You Bring- At least 5 years of prior industry experience
- An active Property & Casualty License
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
- Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system
Salary Range: $55,000 USD - $65,000 USD
