Account Manager – Personal Lines
The Richards Group an IMA Company is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!
This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations:
Brattleboro, Vermont;
Keene, New Hampshire;
New Hampshire and Vermont;
Wilmington, Vermont;
Bennington, Vermont;
Manchester Center, Vermont;
Middlebury, Vermont;
Springfield, Vermont;
Concord, New Hampshire;
Burlington, Vermont.
- Prior industry exposure
- An active Property & Casualty License
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
- Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred not required
$45,000—$55,000 USD
