Customer Success Manager

Position:
Customer Success Manager – Temp‑to‑Hire

Location:

Brattleboro, VT (Hybrid schedule)

Pay: $21.00–$27.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Coordinate RFQ processes to ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround.
• Work closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, quality and sales to support customer needs.
• Monitor customer orders from entry through delivery and proactively communicate updates.
• Coordinate customer visits, business reviews and meetings with key stakeholders.
• Track bookings, revenue, forecasts and account performance metrics.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, customer success, inside sales or a related role preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Experience working with CRM systems required.
• ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
