Customer Success Manager
Position:
Customer Success Manager – Temp‑to‑Hire
Location:
Brattleboro, VT (Hybrid schedule)
Pay: $21.00–$27.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Coordinate RFQ processes to ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround.
- Work closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, quality and sales to support customer needs.
- Monitor customer orders from entry through delivery and proactively communicate updates.
- Coordinate customer visits, business reviews and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Track bookings, revenue, forecasts and account performance metrics.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, customer success, inside sales or a related role preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Experience working with CRM systems required.
- ERP experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
