Position HighlightsSchedule: 2 clinic days per week ( 24 hours/week)
Outpatient clinic setting (day hours)
Rotating call schedule

April 2026Collaborative oncology & specialty support team
No locums or locums-to-perm
Must reside within 1-hour commute
As an Oncologist, you will:
Diagnose and stage various cancers using clinical assessments, imaging, and labs
Develop individualized treatment plans (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation coordination)
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care
Educate and counsel patients and families throughout their cancer journey
Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, oncology nurses, NPs, and navigators
Participate in clinical trials and quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with evolving oncology guidelines and advancements
Mentor clinical staff and contribute to departmental growth

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $250,000 $ 350,000 annually (pro-rated based on schedule)

Active Vermont Medical License (prior to start)
Completion of accredited residency program (as required)
