Description:
32 hrs patient-facing + 8 hrs admin - Weekend Requirement: None
- On-Call Requirement: 1:11 ratio, phone calls only
- Start Date: Must be able to start by Fall 2025
- Profession/Specialty: Physician / Family Medicine
- Certifications
Required:
BLS, DEA, Board Certified/Eligible - License Requirement: Active Vermont License (must be obtained before start)
- Other Requirements: Clean malpractice history, not open to dual employment or long commute
- Estimated Patient Load: 14 patients/day
- Sign-on Bonus: Negotiable
- Loan Repayment: Up to $10,000/year matching
- Relocation Assistance: Available if applicable
