About the Position

Position Overview
A single-site urology practice in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a full-time General Urologist to provide comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

This role includes clinic-based care, surgical procedures in modern ORs, hospital consults, ER consults, and light call coverage. Join a collaborative team consisting of an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a supportive community hospital environment.

Job Responsibilities

Manage common and complex urologic conditions

Perform surgical procedures with perioperative care

Provide inpatient and ER consultations

Participate in light call schedule (~7 days/month)

Deliver patient-centered education and follow-up

Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance

Working Hours

Full-time permanent role

Light call rotation

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Completion of accredited Urology residency (US or Canada)

Vermont Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Clean malpractice history required
