About the Position
Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient | Brattleboro, VT
Full-Time | Day Shift | ASAP Start
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient primary care role in Brattleboro, Vermont . This position offers an excellent work-life balance, manageable patient volume, and long-term career stability in a collaborative practice setting.
Position Highlights
Outpatient primary care for adult and pediatric patients
Average patient volume: 14 patients per day
Day shift schedule
After-hours phone call rotation only (1:11)

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, and support staff
Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance requirements
Participate in succession planning and long-term practice stability

Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
(BE candidates must list graduation date)
Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start)
Active DEA
BLS certification
Clean malpractice history
NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
