Shift: Days Full-time, office-based practice with patient care and surgical procedures during regular dayt

Description:

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time General Urologist to join a collaborative team of an established urologist and a nurse practitioner at its single-site urology practice in Brattleboro, Vermont, offering comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients in both outpatient and surgical settings with a supportive work-life balance.

Job  and manage a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, urinary tract infections, and other common urologic disorders.

Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up.

Provide hospital and emergency room consultations, collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a single-site, team-based practice.

Participate in a light call schedule, covering the site approximately 7 days per month.

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards.

Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in urology.

Compensation and  range: $300,000 $ 400,000 annually
