About the Position
A healthcare facility in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Oncologist to provide patient-centered cancer care in an outpatient clinic setting . The physician will diagnose and stage cancers, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and targeted treatments while ensuring high-quality supportive care.
The role involves working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiologists, oncology nurses, and care navigators . Physicians may also participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects , contributing to advancing oncology care while serving a regional patient population.
Shift Timings:
Part-time schedule (~24 hours per week)
Outpatient clinic-based practice
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
Active Vermont medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Clean malpractice history
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
Completion of an accredited residency program in the United States or Canada
