- 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your employment
- Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to diverse patients
- Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
- Participate in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries in three new operating rooms
- Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, and 24-hour epidural services
- Provide backup obstetric care, including deliveries, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Engage in manageable home call rotations
- Contribute to evidence-based OB/GYN practice within a state that protects reproductive rights
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and support staff
- Ensure high-quality patient care in a stable, physician-respected environment
- Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) in Vermont
- Certification in OB/GYN by an accredited board
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a varied schedule, including surgeries, clinic visits, and deliveries
