• Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care to diverse patients
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Participate in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries in three new operating rooms
• Support a birth center offering VBACs, water births, and 24-hour epidural services
• Provide backup obstetric care, including deliveries, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Engage in manageable home call rotations
• Contribute to evidence-based OB/GYN practice within a state that protects reproductive rights
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, and support staff
• Ensure high-quality patient care in a stable, physician-respected environment

• Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) in Vermont
• Certification in OB/GYN by an accredited board
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a varied schedule, including surgeries, clinic visits, and deliveries
