Job Description
The Windham Southeast School District (WSESD) is an increasingly diverse community with an ongoing commitment to social justice and anti‑racism. BUHS is seeking a dynamic, effective team member to join our SEA (Student Educational Assistance) team. Candidates will be responsible for following positive behavior support plans, supporting students behaviorally, socially, and emotionally, and providing some academic support in classroom settings when needed.
Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential are highly preferred. Candidates should have the ability to support behavioral and social skill development in a general education environment, and have strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills. Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in a school or home setting is highly preferred. The STEP Para educator position is set at Wage grade 4 (range $18.81 – $25.71), 191 days per year for 6.67 hours per day.
