Early Education Services is part of the Windham Southeast School District, offering Early Head Start (birth–3) and Head Start (3–5) services to young children and families. We are also one of the state's 15 Parent Child Centers. About the position:
We have an anticipated opening for a Preschool Teacher in a Head Start classroom in Brattleboro. All candidates must be at least 20 years of age and have the ability to bend, kneel, stoop, squat, sit on the floor, and lift and carry 50 lbs. Must successfully pass a background check and a pre-employment physical with a TB screening.
AA/AS in Early Childhood Education or related field with 30 ECE credits in ECE or early childhood special education, child or human development, elementary education, or child and family studies. Bachelor's preferred. A minimum of 5 years working with children 3-5 and their families in a center-based early childhood program. Experience with staff supervision, staff development, and program administration.
Preferred QualificationsBA/BS or Master’s degree in Early Childhood/Child Development or related field with thirty (30) ECE credits. Supervisory experience. Current Vermont Teacher Licensure.

Salary: $23.59 to $26.01 Per Hour
