Plant Controller – Enhance financial transparency and drive operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment. Deliver financial insights on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Manufacturing Operating Expenses, enable informed strategic decisions through comprehensive analytics, performance monitoring, and financial planning. Develop, implement, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), assess productivity initiatives, support capital expenditures (CAPEX), cost‑saving programs, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
Create and monitor action plans to improve operational results, prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reports, evaluate the financial impact of productivity initiatives, provide costing support for new product commercialization, drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop and maintain tools for managing raw materials and ingredients, collaborate on building dashboards in Power BI, support financial processes, and prepare and validate data for physical inventory counts and internal audit compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or U.S. equivalent) plus two years of experience as a Plant Controller or Financial & Planning Analysis Analyst utilizing SAP Controlling (CO) functions, SAP FICO (FI and CO modules), including cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profit center management.
Salary & Hours40 hours per week. Annual salary: $79,394.00 to $95,090.00 per year.
