Position: Temp - RN - Behavioral Health - Inpatient (Days) Brattleboro VT
THIS IS AN ADOLESCENT UNIT!! MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND EXPERIENCED!

Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.

Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, etc.). The Co-Occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.

Requirement description :

• 5 years of experience as an RN required but will consider first time travelers
  - REQUIRED
• Must have child/adolescent psych experience (listed in resume)
  - REQUIRED
• Must be willing to float to other units and take charge RN shifts
  - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccination and booster
  - REQUIRED

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Resume with psych experience listed
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days
• Psych skills checklist (within 1 year)
• 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
• Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
• License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
• COVID vaccination and booster - please confirm if they are willing to obtain
