Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2500.00

Under general supervision, responsible for providing clinical/case management services to patients and their families to promote the optimal individual, interpersonal and social functioning of the patient and assure reintegration into the community or the environment most suited to the patient’s continued well‑being.

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or Master’s degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline
• LICSW / LMFT / LCMHC, licensed in VT or willing to be registered on the Roster of Psychotherapists who are Non‑licensed and Non‑certified with the State of VT (willing to apply to the roster within 24 hours of accepting an offer)
• BLS (AHA)
• True psych experience (not just medical social work/case management) and be comfortable with all age groups

1-2+ years of inpatient social work experience.
