Position: Temp - RN - Behavioral Health - Inpatient Nurse Manager (Days) Brattleboro VT
This position will be on the Adult unit.

Assumes a leadership role based on clinical expertise and judgment in caring for patients.
Leadership responsibilities involve delegation, interviewing/hiring personnel, performance evaluations and corrective action as appropriate, and teaching other staff members.
Responsible for 24-hour clinical management of respective areas.
Focuses on clinical aspects of care, influencing and effecting changes with respect to the needs of the patients, family and total health care delivery system.
Requirement description :

• 2+ years of Behavioral Health RN Leadership/Nurse Manager experience - Required
• Proven Leadership in Behavioral Health Nursing - Required
• Must be willing to float to other units - Required
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated and BOOSTED
  - Required
• Must be comfortable working with the LGBTQ+ patient population
  - Required
