Description

The pay for this position is $62,049-$78,000 annually.

$5,000 sign-on bonus

Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Master’s Degree + minimum 2 years of direct service experience
  • Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals
  • Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact an individual’s quality of life
  • Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
  • Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it
