What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions

Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans under supervision

Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre/post-operative care

Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results

Conduct orthopedic procedures such as joint injections and office-based interventions

Educate patients and families about diagnoses, recovery, and rehabilitation

Document all patient interactions accurately and timely

Participate in rotational call coverage and team collaboration

Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital safety standards

What You Need:

Current Vermont medical license and PA-C certification

Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience (not accepting new grads)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Strong communication, assessment, and procedural skills

Ability to work effectively in a clinical and surgical setting
