What You’ll Do:
Respond to codes and rapid response situations
Manage ventilators and step-down level patients
Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate transfers
Handle adult inpatient and observation patients (average 8–10 per day)
Collaborate with nursing, ED, and surgical teams
Document care accurately using Cerner Community Works EMR
Support discharge procedures with case management team
What You Need:
Required:
Vermont state license or meet licensing requirements
Experience in inpatient or hospital setting
Ventilator management skills (preferred)
Preferred:
Experience with critically ill patients or emergency response
