American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of hospital experience and active ARRT (N) or CNMT certification for a day shift assignment.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience in a hospital setting
- Active ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certification
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Venipuncture experience required
- License required if applicable
- Resume with any gaps over 30 days explained
- 2 supervisory references from within the last year
- Radiology department offering diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, interventional radiography, MRI, bone density, and mammography services
- Services provided to inpatients, outpatients, and ER patients of all ages
- Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours guaranteed
- No weekend requirements
- No on‑call requirements
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures alongside licensed technologists, certified nuclear medicine technologists, and radiologists
- Located in a rural area with limited housing and public transportation options, so candidates should plan accordingly
- Local candidates accepted, with a 10% lower rate for those residing within 50 miles of the facility
- Maximum of 5 days of RTO may be requested during the assignment
