Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety, deliver safety messages, and assist employees with safety-related issues and concerns.
  • Perform assembly procedures assigned by the Assembly Lead.
  • Read manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
  • Utilize arbor press, insert installation tools, torque wrenches, precision measuring equipment, riveters, manual vertical mill, various hand tools, sealants, paint, and oils to complete assemblies.
  • Maintain product flow by meeting production efficiency standards.
  • Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations, including good housekeeping, safety, and security.
  • Recommend measures to improve efficiency and production.
  • Inspect products to verify conformance to customer and company specifications.
  • Assist fellow assembly workers in solving work problems.
  • Train employees on the proper operation of equipment, work procedures, and required documentation to produce consistently high‑quality products.
  • Perform other duties as required, assigned, or directed.
Qualifications
  • Assembly or line production experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Basic hand‑tool knowledge required.

Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
