Join our healthcare partner's Adult Forensics/Intensive Unit, where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with complex psychiatric needs. This is a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to promoting healing and recovery in a safe and nurturing environment. Your expertise will be vital in helping patients manage co-occurring psychiatric issues while supporting their journey to sobriety.

• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers (MHWs) to ensure safe and therapeutic care delivery
• Utilize the nursing process to address the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions
• Be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts as needed
• Must have recent adult forensic experience within the last 3 months
• 5 years of experience as an RN required, with recent inpatient psych experience
• Active Vermont or Compact license
• American Health Association BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
