Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours guaranteed, weekend and on-call schedule to be determined by facility

Hours per Week: 2866/wk

• Assess health status of individuals and groups, establishing nursing diagnoses and identifying goals to meet healthcare needs
• Prescribe nursing interventions, implement the plan of care, and evaluate and document responses to interventions
• Provide single-room maternity care for obstetrical patients including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
• Assist with Cesarean births and recover patients in the Birthing Center
• Care for clean female surgical cases, newborn stabilization, and normal newborn care
• Support pediatric patients during the perinatal period

• 1+ years of current LDRP experience required (experience with 400+ deliveries per year preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse license by the State of Vermont
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with C-Sections, epidurals, electronic charting, and venipuncture preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Active Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE certifications highly preferred
• Willingness to obtain AFM, NRP, and STABLE during onboarding if not already certified
