Overview
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN, Labor and Delivery, for a night shift assignment in Brattleboro, Vermont. The position begins on 29 June 2026 and lasts 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts.
Responsibilities- Assess the health status of obstetrical patients.
- Establish nursing diagnoses and plan and implement individualized care.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Perform all night‑shift duties at a level one low‑risk birth center.
- Required: Active Registered Nurse license in Vermont; BLS (AHA) certification; at least 1 year of current Labor and Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) experience with a minimum of 400 deliveries per year preferred.
- Preferred: AFM and NRP certifications; experience with C‑sections, epidurals, electronic charting, venipuncture; prior travel nursing experience.
- Resume with gaps of fewer than 30 days; recent skills checklist; two supervisory references from the past two years.
