Nurse Practitioner (APRN) – Primary Care Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview

A full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) position is available to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary medical group environment.

• Independently perform medical services in accordance with APRN licensure standards.
• Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to individuals, families, and groups.
• Promote health, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Deliver leadership and consultation within the care team.
• Collaborate with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Assess and address patient and family education needs.
• Educate patients to support informed healthcare decisions.
• Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.
• Support daily practice operations in a cost-effective manner.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Establish personal learning goals and pursue ongoing growth.
• Work within a medical group that includes Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Post-Acute Care, Urology, and General Surgery.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, LPNs/Medical Assistants, and clerical staff.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care.
• Must be able to commute within 1 hour of Brattleboro, VT.
• No Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates.
• Candidate must be seeking this as their primary position and not plan to work it alongside another job.
