Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $115,000 - $135,000 annually (compliance with Vermont Act 155)
  • Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Assist urology surgeons in diagnosing and managing patient conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment and care plans
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Support urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-operative care
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
  • Adhere to safety protocols including OSHA standards
  • Perform clinical documentation and patient handling with manual dexterity
  • Work collaboratively with licensed staff and support team members
What You Need
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience; urology experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to work in a clinical setting with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
