- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or urology preferred
- Pay Rate: $115,000 - $135,000 annually (compliance with Vermont Act 155)
- Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit

- Assist urology surgeons in diagnosing and managing patient conditions
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and adjust treatment and care plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
- Support urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-operative care
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
- Adhere to safety protocols including OSHA standards
- Perform clinical documentation and patient handling with manual dexterity
- Work collaboratively with licensed staff and support team members
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience; urology experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to work in a clinical setting with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
