- Valid APRN licensure in Vermont or eligible to be licensed there
- At least 1 year of relevant primary care experience

This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, part of Southern Vermont Health Services, providing outpatient primary care services within a collaborative setting. You will support a variety of primary care needs, working alongside a dedicated team committed to quality patient outcomes.
