- Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts.
- Candidates must provide supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment.

Description:
The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
Utilize the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
Provide clinical supervision of mental health workers to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
The treatment program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.
The approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues.
The treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and education needed to ensure a strong recovery.
Candidates must have a psych skills checklist from within the last year.
Every other weekend shift is required.
RTO requests will not be approved in the first two weeks during orientation and cannot exceed 7 days.
