You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized rehabilitation plans and educate patients on lifestyle changes that promote heart health. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Manage patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), including pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.
  • Conducts in-clinic and remote device interrogations, evaluating battery status, lead integrity, and arrhythmia events. Collaborates with providers to optimize device programming.
  • Assist with pre- and post-procedure care for device implantation, including patient preparation, wound care assessment, and complication monitoring.
  • Administered and managed cardiac medications such as anticoagulants, beta-blockers, antiarrhythmics, and diuretics; provided patient education on adherence and side effects.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiovascular disease management, device function, activity restrictions, and lifestyle modifications to improve outcomes.
  • Ensures adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in both in-person and remote monitoring workflows.
