- Independently perform medical acts in outpatient primary care within licensure standards
- Provide comprehensive medical and nursing care to individuals, families, and groups

- Educate patients and families on health decisions and lifestyle modifications

Required:
- Valid APRN license in Vermont
- Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Ability to independently perform medical acts
