- Assist urologic surgeons in diagnosing and managing patient conditions
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
- Support urologic surgeries and office-based interventions
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up care
- Manage post-operative recovery and ongoing care coordination
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Valid Vermont RN License with ANCC Certification (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in urology or related specialty
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
- Willingness to adhere to safety and universal precautions standards
